Profile Border is published by Chosen More, a brand of Baye Enterprises LLC. This policy explains how the Profile Border Chrome extension handles information.

Information Profile Border Handles

Profile Border uses ExtensionPay to provide free trials, process purchases, verify licenses, and allow customers to restore purchased access.

The following information may be handled:

An email address provided when purchasing or signing in
An anonymous installation or license identifier
Trial dates, payment status, purchase dates, and license status
Authentication information used to restore purchased access
Payment and transaction information processed securely by Stripe

Profile Border and Baye Enterprises LLC do not receive or store complete credit card numbers. Payment information is entered directly through Stripe's secure checkout.

Locally Stored Preferences

Profile Border stores the user's selected preferences locally within their Chrome profile. These may include:

Border color
Border thickness
Active-window border thickness
Enabled or disabled status
Glow preference
Profile-label preference
An optional profile or window label
Trial and license-status information

These preferences are used only to provide the extension's functionality.

Website Information

Profile Border requests access to HTTP and HTTPS webpages so it can display the user's selected border and optional label.

Profile Border does not read, collect, store, or transmit:

Website content
Browsing history
Form entries or passwords
Personal communications
Health information
Location information
Browsing or user activity

Third-Party Services

Profile Border uses:

Information is shared with these providers only as necessary to process payments, authenticate customers, and provide purchased access.

Profile Border does not sell personal information or use it for advertising, behavioral tracking, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Profile Border's use and transfer of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data Security and Retention

Information transmitted to ExtensionPay and Stripe is sent using secure HTTPS connections. These providers may retain transaction records as required for payment processing, security, tax, or legal purposes.

User Control

Users can change their Profile Border preferences through the extension popup. Uninstalling Profile Border removes locally stored extension preferences from that Chrome profile.

Users may contact Chosen More to request assistance accessing or deleting personal information associated with their Profile Border account. Certain payment records may need to be retained for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if Profile Border's features or data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
